Prior to his municipal service, Harrison served as an active-duty officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed a systems-focused approach to leadership—grounded in the principle that strong administrative structures are essential to mission success.
After transitioning to municipal government, he worked closely with small cities facing real-world governance and operational challenges. He now partners with communities to strengthen internal systems, improve decision-making processes, and expand organizational capacity.
